The Finished Piece

This top was made from a fabric scrap I bought for just 35 baht.
I took this one to my little local tailor as well, and here is the finished result.
The tailoring fee was around 400 baht.
As expected, there wasn’t quite enough fabric for a longer length, so this one ended up a little cropped.
A Day Out in My Tailor-Made Top

I paired it with a beige skirt for a one-tone look.

Because the top is a little short, it tended to come untucked pretty easily even when I tucked it into the skirt.
My Review

It’s definitely wearable.
But honestly…
It turned out a little too basic. Haha.
I thought a simple design might make it easy to wear, but then I realized that something this basic could probably be bought ready-made at Big C for around 380 baht.
That’s one of the challenges with using small fabric scraps — the limited size also limits the kinds of designs you can make.
